How shared contact details are used

Partner Support uses a shared contact only to answer questions and to offer help with first steps on Exness. It is not sold, not passed to anyone else and not used for advertising.

In short

What the partner receives

When a client shares contact details with the partner in the Exness Personal Area, the partner sees the details the client agreed to share — for example a name, an email address or a phone number. The partner does not receive passwords, documents, card details or account balances.

What the details are used for

Contact details are kept in the Exness partner area and are not copied into shared chats or spreadsheets.

How to stop messages

Reply “stop” to any message from Partner Support, or write to [email protected]. Contact sharing itself is a setting of the Exness Personal Area; Exness Support can explain how it works for a particular account.

This website

ClientDesk has no account sign-up, no forms and no advertising trackers. The hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as an IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
