Who runs this site
ClientDesk is run by an independent partner of the broker Exness. It is not Exness, it does not open or manage accounts, and it never holds anyone's money.
In short
- Exness is an external broker. Accounts, money, documents and trading conditions are handled by Exness only.
- The partner helps people who registered with Exness through it with how-to questions: verification steps, where the deposit section is, the demo account, platform basics.
- Partner Support writes to a client only if the client chose to share contact details in the Exness Personal Area.
What an independent partner is
Exness works with independent partners. A partner tells people about Exness; the person then registers on the official Exness website and their account is opened and served by Exness. The partner is a separate business: it has no access to client funds and cannot make decisions about an account.
ClientDesk exists for people who registered with Exness through this partner. Exness is described here as a third party — the broker where the account is held.

Why Partner Support may have written to you
The Exness Personal Area lets a client share contact details with the partner they registered through. When a client agrees, the partner can see the details that were shared and may send one message offering help with the first steps.
Writing back is optional. If no help is needed, a short reply such as “no, thanks” is enough, and Partner Support will not write again.
What this site does not do
- It does not open accounts or accept money. Every button that leads to an account goes to the official Exness website.
- It does not tell anyone what to buy or sell, does not forecast markets, does not give investment advice and does not manage anyone's trading.
- It does not offer bonuses or rewards.
- It does not ask for passwords, one-time codes, card details or copies of documents.
